MSU-Moorhead Dragon Volleyball This camp is designed for specialized training and skill development in your position. Defensive players will practice techniques that helped take the Dragons to a NUMBER ONE NATIONAL ranking in digs/set! Focus will be on serve receive and defensive schemes, footwork and reading attackers body position and arm swing. Attackers will focus on offensive strategies, increasing shot selections, improving power and approach, and taking your transition game to the next level. Setters will train their decision making skills, learn serve receive options and play-calling, footwork, seeing blockers and defensive players, as well as taking charge of their court. In addition to outstanding instruction, players will participate in 2-on-2, 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 6-on-6 competitions. Players will be assigned to groups based on experience and age.
Insurance and Medical Treatment: All campers must have medical insurance. You must complete the enrollment form during online registration and bring it to camp registration or you will not be able to participate. By signing the form you acknowledge the inherent risk of injury by participation. An injury can range from a minor injury to a major injury. If your daughter experiences a minor injury, first aid will be provided. For a major injury, an ambulance will be summoned to transport your daughter to a local hospital. Athletic training facilities will be available during the camp and a certified athletic trainer will be on site at all times. |
